Quality Transcription Specialists is owned and operated by Cal Hutson, who has more than 10 years
of experience working with people who are Deaf and hard of hearing. He got his start as a relay agent where he met his wife, Malonda, who is a nationally certified Sign Language Interpreter. Cal has a background in journalism and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in communication studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He's been a certified TypeWell transcriber for over four years.

Bruce Jeffrey, Vice President of Business Development, has over 13 years experience in consultative sales.  He has helped hundreds of organizations implement programs designed to increase their effectiveness and their efficiency. Bruce's background includes degrees in Humanities and English
